Welcome to Second Grade! I am so excited to have you enjoy this journey with me this year!
A little bit about me! I have been formally teaching for 3 years but have been working with children in some form or fashion since I was 12 years old. I was born in California but grew up in the great state of Wisconsin. I have taught all ages birth through high school in Wisconsin, Florida, Ohio and Texas. I am a alumni of the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater which I have a great passion and pride in. Go Warhawks! My greatest joy in life is seeing children enjoy learning and triumph through the successes and struggles!
When I am not teaching I love to read, listen to music and talk walks with my awesome husband, Adam. We love to explore the great state of Texas as much as we can. We already love all the wonderful wild life, scenery and food choices that Texas has to offer!
