Welcome to Mrs. Grier's Class
Welcome to 4th Grade, and to Mrs. Grier's Language Arts class. This year is going to be great! We are going to read, read, read. I LOVE to read, and I can't wait to help my students love it too. We are going to learn to read faster, better, and smarter. We will be working on vocabulary, fluency and comprehension while reading some fascinating books. Mrs. Grier's language arts students are expected to read everyday and will have a weekly reading log to complete. The most important thing that parents can do is to make sure thay your child is reading.
This year AV Cato Elementary will host Meet the Teacher night before school starts, Saturday, August 22, 2009
